Undisclosed sources have informed us of a pending deal in which the entirety of the Malibu Colony would be owned by an elusive Russian billionaire. If this proves to be true, renters in Malibu Colony like Audrina Patridge will be writing their rent check over to our mystery man. The deal is said to be in the amount of several billion dollars, and is in the process of being finalized. Within the past year, a Russian billionaire has been making splashes along the California coast, parking his 300 million dollar yacht in places like San Francisco, San Diego, and Malibu; could he be setting his feet on dry land in Malibu Colony?
