Here we go on the market update for Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills Post Office, Hollywood Hills, Bel Air, and Malibu.  What this is is we pull the statistics on Active, Pending, and Sold listings.  This week take note of the average price for an active listing in Bel Air---that's $30,139,375!!  I think it's due in large part to the $150,000,000 listing on 594 S Mapleton Dr which Aaron Spelling sold to Formula 1 heiress Petra Ecclestone. 


On the pie charts, blue represents the active listings, green represents the in escrow listings, and yellow represents the sold listings.

Paris Hilton stalker charged!

LA Times coverage!  So, Paris Hilton's looky-loo has been charged with two counts of felony stalking and three counts of misdemeanor disobeying a court order.   He was caught peering into her Pacific Coast Highway home on July 4th, and was apparently already violating a court ordered mandate to stay away from Hilton.  If convicted of all charges, he will be spending 5 years in prison.  Maybe he should consider just buying a poster, and saving himself the jail time, but that's just my opinion.
