Illustrated Market Update

Here we go on the market update for Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills Post Office, Hollywood Hills, Bel Air, and Malibu.  What this is is we pull the statistics on Active, Pending, and Sold listings.  This week take note of the average price for an active listing in Bel Air---that's $30,139,375!!  I think it's due in large part to the $150,000,000 listing on 594 S Mapleton Dr which Aaron Spelling sold to Formula 1 heiress Petra Ecclestone.
