Point Dume is an area in Malibu populated by, surprisingly enough, trailer homes. But it’s not like a normal mobile home park. The mobile homes look like ranch properties and are affordable ways to live in the famous Malibu area. The almost 300 homes on 99 acres located here are guarded by a gate located on Heathercliff Rd. The Point Dume Club maintains ties to Malibu royalty, as it is still owned and operated by the Miller family-who are related to Frederick Rindge. Most of the homes in the area provide views of Zuma beach and the ocean.
