The Real Estalker tells us that David Charvet of Baywatch fame is putting his secluded Serra Retreat home in Malibu for sale. At the exorbitant price of $12,500,000, this isn't for your everyday buyer. There is also a lease option at $75,000 month, also not for the faint of heart or wallet. It has 6,769 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms, and most importantly, a 4,000 bottle wine cellar for the lush in all of us. "You had me at 4,000 bottles."
