Lets see what happened in the past week in Malibu, Bel Air, Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills Post Office, and Beverly Hills- shall we?

Malibu


*It has come to my attention that the MLS pictures of the listings I've been posting every week don't show up after a time, so I'm going to just be listing the address of the house, how much it sold for, and how long it spent on the market from this week on.
-21644 Pacific Coast Highway has been SOLD for $6,562,500 after spending 144 days on the market.
-18449 Clifftop Way has been SOLD for $1,115,000 after spending 44 days on the market.













Bel Air



-2963 North Beverly Glen Circle has been SOLD for $1,800,000 after spending 116 days on the market.
-1236 Stradella Road has been SOLD for $3,000,000 after spending 169 days on the market.
-933 Airole Way has been SOLD for $1,650,000 after spending 85 days on the market.
-1800 Roscomare Road has been SOLD for $1,275,000 after spending 5 days on the market.
-873 North Beverly Glen Boulevard has been SOLD for $620,000 after spending 4 days on the market.

-8493 Franklin Avenue has been SOLD for $1,000,000 after spending 141 days on the market.
-3873 Fredonia Drive has been SOLD for $680,000 after spending 30 days on the market.
